The BC Strength BC Box can be used for various exercises that require elevation, including Straddle Lifts and Step Ups. The box can be rotated to provide 3 different heights of 12 inches, 14 inches and 16 inches to provide additional versatility in your training.
The top surface is textured to provide additional grip.
